  • CoordinatE with customer for order, Performa invoice, payment and dispatch
  • Follow up for material from PPC and production department
  • Provide monthly stock taking report to account department
  • Communications with account department , for customer’s payment received or not
  • Prepare Performa invoice , sales order dispatch slip and domestic and  invoice
  • Coordinate with transport for COD/DOD and deliver the material
  • Check transporter bills and submit in account department
  • Supervise dispatch at the time of loading material in transporter vehicle
  • Coordinate with customer for tender
  • Provide document and price to customer for tender
  • Coordinate expenses of domestic marketing staff and submit in HR department
  • Prepare MIS  and domestic sales report & Govt. sales report
  • Manage warehouse
  • Provide dispatch details to customer
  • Manage return goods as per company procedure
